Welcome to Scoop Outlaws! By using our dog waste removal services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
Scoop Outlaws provides dog waste removal services for residential and commercial properties. By signing up, you agree to:
✔ Provide safe and accessible access to the yard or service area
✔ Ensure pets are secured indoors or in a designated area during service
✔ Notify us of any changes in the number of dogs on your property
✔ Allow us to safely perform the agreed-upon services
If our team cannot access your property due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or other barriers, we reserve the right to charge for the visit as scheduled.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
✅ Regular Services: We offer twice-a-week, weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time cleanups.
✅ Weather Delays: If extreme weather prevents us from servicing your yard, we will reschedule as soon as possible.
✅ Pausing Service: If your pet will not be using the yard for an extended period (e.g., vacation), you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
✅ Cancellations: You may cancel service at any time, but unpaid balances must be settled within 15 days.
3. Pricing & Payments
💰 Transparent Pricing: Prices are listed on our website and may vary based on yard size, accessibility, and excessive waste accumulation.
📅 Billing Cycle: Payments are billed [weekly/monthly] in advance.
⚠ Late Payments: A late fee of [$X] may apply for overdue invoices.
🔄 Price Adjustments: Scoop Outlaws reserves the right to update pricing. Clients will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any changes.
4. Liability & Damage Disclaimer
🚫 Scoop Outlaws is not responsible for:
✔ Damages to lawns, gates, pets, or personal property unless due to negligence
✔ The spread of diseases or illnesses contracted from dog waste on your property
✔ Any injuries caused by interactions with pets left unsupervised during service
Clients are responsible for securing gates, fences, and pets before each scheduled visit.
5. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate service at any time. Clients must:
✔ Submit termination requests in writing (email or call)
✔ Settle any outstanding balances before cancellation is finalized
Scoop Outlaws reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or failure to comply with these terms.
6. Privacy Policy & Data Use
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (e.g., name, address, payment details) is used solely for providing services and will not be shared or sold.
